Wait, what? An award!?

I've been blogging for perhaps a week now and I've got an award? :O

Many thanks to Karin from Karin's Nail Blog! Wow, I think I'm still in a bit of shock . . . Anyway, in order to formally accept my award I must follow the four rules shown below.

So, seven things about myself:

• I love Steampunk fashion and music
• I have two wonderful children, a four 1/2 year old boy and a 19 month old girl
• I make jewelry, mostly necklaces
• Science Fiction and Fantasy are my two favorite book genres
• Purple and orange are my favorite colors
• I LOVE tea, especially black teas and floral teas
• I enjoy making jam and preserving the fruits and veggies we grow in our garden and harvest from around the neighborhood
